Terms of service

These terms apply when you request a free sample or place an order with Your Listing Refresh ("we", "us") at yourlistingrefresh.com. By doing so, you agree to them.

What we provide

We produce digital marketing material from the listing photos you send: edited photos, walkthrough videos, reels, carousels and virtual staging.

Your photos

• You confirm that you own the photos you upload, or have permission to use and edit them to market the listing.
• You give us permission to edit them and use them to produce your order. We don't publish your photos or use them as examples without your written permission.

What you send us and what we decide

• You give us the listing link, the property address and anything you want highlighted. We take the property details (such as beds, baths and square footage) from the listing, so please make sure it's accurate.
• We recommend that you drag your photos into the order of the tour. If you don't, we use our standard order: front of the house, office, kitchen, living room, primary bedroom, primary bath, game room, other bedrooms, then the backyard.
• We choose which photos go into the video, the reels and the carousel.
• You choose which photos get virtual staging.

Your details

You give us your name, your broker's name and your contact details for the branded pieces, and confirm they're correct.

Delivery

Orders paid Monday through Friday are delivered within 24 hours. We don't work on Sundays, so orders paid on Saturday or Sunday are delivered on Monday. If we expect a delay, we'll email you. Files are delivered as a download link that may expire after 30 days, so please save them.

Payment

Orders are paid in advance through Stripe, in US dollars. Sales tax may be added where it applies. We never see or store your card number.

Corrections and refunds

• If a delivered file has a mistake on our part, tell us within 14 days and we'll fix it free.
• If a detail you gave us was wrong (a phone number, a name, an address), the first correction is free.
• Changes of mind, and redos of work delivered as ordered, cost $15 per piece (a reel or the carousel) and $25 for the walkthrough video.
• The order of the photos in a video is not a mistake. If you didn't put your photos in order, we use our standard order, and a video can't be redone because of it.
• If we can't fix a mistake that was ours, we refund the affected part of your order. Otherwise, completed and delivered work isn't refundable.

Using the files

Once your order is paid, you may use the delivered files to market the listing and your services, in any medium. Music, fonts and templates inside the videos and posts are licensed for that use only and may not be extracted and reused on their own.

Free samples

One free 3-photo sample per agent. A sample comes with $20 off the Everything package ($219 or $269), on your first order only, valid for 7 days after you receive the sample.

Limits

Our total liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it. We aren't responsible for indirect losses, such as a lost sale or commission.

Changes and contact
